Took a chance on this for post-workout recovery, and the 45g of protein is no joke. I was surprised how smooth it pours out of the bottle, no chalky grit at all. It's my new grab-and-go when I know I won't have time to make a shake.
The 45 grams of protein in a single bottle is honestly a game-changer for someone who hates choking down shakes after a workout. It's ready to drink, which means zero cleanup, and the strawberry flavor is actually pleasant rather than chalky.
Took this to work for a mid-afternoon slump and it actually kept me full until dinner. The ready-to-drink format is so much easier than hauling a shaker bottle around, and somehow it doesn't have that chalky protein aftertaste I usually hate.
