I was skeptical a shake could pack 45 grams of protein without tasting chalky, but this one is genuinely smooth and the chocolate flavor is deep, not fake-sweet. It’s become my go-to after evening workouts when I can’t stomach a full meal.
That rich chocolate taste honestly makes it feel like a dessert, not a protein shake. The 45 grams keep me full for hours after the gym, and the ready-to-drink bottle means I don’t have to haul a shaker around.
Took a chance on this as a post-workout shake and honestly, the chocolate taste is way richer than I expected from a protein drink. It’s not chalky at all, which is usually my biggest gripe, and the 45g per bottle actually keeps me full until my next meal.
