Strawberry 45g Protein Milkshake

After a tough workout, this is exactly what I need—45g of protein in a single bottle and it mixes smoothly with no clumps. The strawberry flavor is light and not too artificial, which is a nice surprise for a pre-made shake.

I’m not usually a fan of pre-made shakes, but this one is surprisingly thick and doesn’t have that chalky aftertaste. The 45g of protein per serving makes it a serious post-workout option without being overly sweet. I’ve been grabbing one after runs and it keeps me full for hours.

Finally, a strawberry shake that doesn't taste artificial—the 45g of protein makes it a perfect post-workout fix without any weird aftertaste. I've tried a few different packs now and it mixes up smooth every time.
