Vanilla 45g Protein Milkshake

The texture is surprisingly thick and smooth for a bottled shake—it doesn't have that chalky aftertaste. I mix it with iced coffee for a quick breakfast that keeps me full through my morning meetings.

This is my go-to shake after leg day, and it blends up completely smooth with no chalky aftertaste. The 45g of protein keeps me full for hours, and the vanilla flavor is just right—not overly sweet.

Finally a protein shake that actually tastes like a real vanilla milkshake and not artificial sweetener. The 45g of protein per bottle is what sold me, and it mixes up smooth without that chalky texture. I've been grabbing one after workouts and it keeps me full for hours.
