Vanilla 45g Protein Milkshake

I’ve been blending this into my morning shake and it actually dissolves without clumps, which is rare for 45 grams of protein. The creamy texture and steady vanilla taste make it easy to drink even on days I’m not hungry. Definitely my new go-to for post-workout refueling.

I was skeptical a shake with 45 grams of protein could taste this clean, but the vanilla is genuinely sweet without any chalky aftertaste. It mixes up thick and smooth in about 20 seconds, and it keeps me full through the whole afternoon. Definitely my new go-to after a long workout.

The texture is genuinely smooth and creamy, not chalky like most protein shakes I’ve tried. I downed one after my morning workout and didn't feel that heavy, bloated sensation for hours, which is a win with 45 grams packed in.
